- Copies of all the inspection records for your project.
- The warranties and guarantees on all the products and fittings in your home, from us and from every subcontractor and building professional on the job.
- Our help, side by side with you, to get your Code of Compliance Certificate issued by the council.
Our workmanship warranty
A 10 year warranty on our work, as set out by New Zealand building law and the Licensed Building Practitioner scheme.
- A 12 month maintenance liability period once the work is finished, for any work our team or subcontractors have done.
- For any issue with products or materials, we tell you how we will put it right.
- Phil is a Licensed Building Practitioner, so he always works to the LBP code of conduct.
