What you get when we finish

At the end of your project you get one handy pack, with everything from us and from every trade who worked on your home.

Your handover pack

Copies of all the inspection records for your project.
The warranties and guarantees on all the products and fittings in your home, from us and from every subcontractor and building professional on the job.
Our help, side by side with you, to get your Code of Compliance Certificate issued by the council.
All of it in one handy pack.

A 10 year warranty on our work, as set out by New Zealand building law and the Licensed Building Practitioner scheme.

A 12 month maintenance liability period once the work is finished, for any work our team or subcontractors have done.
For any issue with products or materials, we tell you how we will put it right.
Phil is a Licensed Building Practitioner, so he always works to the LBP code of conduct.

Qualified trades

We guarantee that all our subcontractors and builders are qualified tradespeople, and every trade follows our Quality Assurance Standards Checklist.
Put right if it needs it

If you are ever worried or unsure about something during the build, we are happy to talk it through, and put it right if it needs it.
No surprise variations

Any change to the original plans is sent to you for approval and sign off before the work starts.
Hold us to it

We guarantee satisfaction, or you can hold us accountable. We own and run Providence Construction, so we oversee everything personally.
