We look at the space and talk through what you want before we give you an estimate, so you know what it is likely to cost from the start. If anything changes, we tell you straight away.

We come and look at the space, talk through what you want, and give you a clear estimate. Once you are happy, we build it, and Phil is your main contact on site the whole way.

A deck often goes with a renovation, an addition or an extension. Tell us about the whole project and we will plan it with you.
Questions about decks and pergolas
What happens if something comes up that was not obvious when you first looked at the job?
We tell you straight away, not at the end of the month or later. Phil talks it through with you on site and we price it. Once you accept, the work goes ahead, so there are no hidden charges at the end.
What if we want to make changes during the job?
Not a problem. We talk it through on site, check the change is possible and whether it will hold up the job, and give you a price for it. Once you accept, we go ahead with the change.
Who will I deal with, and how often will I hear from you?
Phil is your main contact while your project is being built, and he is on site every day. Tina looks after any talk about updated costs, the admin, and any other questions you have.
What happens if something is not right after you finish?
Once the work is finished, there is a 12 month maintenance liability period for any work our team or subcontractors have done. If an issue comes up, email us about it as soon as you can and we will go from there. For any issue with products or materials, we will tell you how we will put it right.
Phil is a Licensed Building Practitioner, so he always works to the LBP code of conduct, and all our work is covered by our 10 year warranty as well.
