Fair and realistic costs

Nobody likes confusion about cost. Building and renovating can be expensive, but nothing should come as a surprise. Once we have assessed what you need, we give you a clear, transparent, no frills estimate, so you know with confidence what your build is likely to cost.

We give an estimate for every job, from renovations and extensions to new builds. If something unexpected comes up, we tell you as soon as we notice it.

To deliver the best build we can, we like to get to know you and really understand what you need from the project. Before we start, we make sure we all agree on the result you expect, talk through any other options you may want to explore, and agree on the plan.
