We like to meet our clients every week. Phil and your assigned foreman update you on the progress of your build, and you can ask any questions you have.

Quality

Qualified trades, held to our own quality checklist.

We guarantee that all our subcontractors and builders are qualified tradespeople with a keen eye for detail and quality.

On every new build and renovation, all trades must follow our Quality Assurance Standards Checklist. If you are ever worried or unsure about something, we are happy to talk it through, and put it right if it needs it.

Budget

Open book pricing, weekly updates and no surprise variations.

We run an open book policy, and we give you weekly updates from our pricing software on how your project is tracking against the original estimate.

Things can change during a build. Any variation to the original plans is sent to you for approval and sign off before the work starts, and invoiced as the build goes, so there are no nasty surprises at the end.

Completion

Every inspection record and product warranty, in one pack.

When your project is finished you get copies of all the inspection records, along with the warranties and guarantees on all the products and fittings in your home, from us and from every subcontractor and building professional on your project.

We work side by side with you to get your Code of Compliance Certificate issued by the council, so you have everything in one handy pack.

Respect

Respect for you and your home, and a clean site every day.

We guarantee respect for you and your home during the build, and we ask all our builders and subtrades to treat your home as they would want their own treated.

Our builders leave a clean site every day, with a full clean on Friday afternoon.
